We offer one-on-one coaching sessions to debrief feedback and facilitate the discovery of insights that can be translated into meaningful action.  This process creates forward momentum and learning that can transform limiting mindsets that hold a leader back from full effectiveness.  Most often feedback is delivered via a powerful 360-degree feedback process; however, a variety of psychological instruments can also be used.  On-going individual coaching facilitates personal reflection on challenging workplace interactions to achieve behavioral changes that embody a more creative, empowering mindset.

Teams aligned around shared purpose and values are capable of great work.  We offer team facilitation to clarify purpose, mission, values, and strategic priorities that inform decision-making and action-taking under conditions of complexity and uncertainty.  For existing leadership teams, we offer team coaching to build the trust, alignment, and learning that energizes a healthy, productive organizational culture.

Workshop Design & Facilitation

We are experts in the design and delivery of engaging, interactive learning experiences that build individual and team capabilities to create positive change around challenging issues including trust, communication, conflict, accountability, and diversity.  Workshops are designed around insights from the fields of culture, developmental psychology, and neuroscience to expose participants to state-of-the art theory and practice for leadership and organizational effectiveness.
